Transformation is a process. The results you are looking for don't come from a one or two hour session. I create a plan specifically for you and your goal(s).

CREATING A SAFE SPACE

Many people, myself included back in the day, have thought   of life coaches as being very gentle  and subdued. That's not me or my style. I have been described as "brutally honest but never heartless". 

I take great pride in my relationships with my clients.

That they are in the safe, judgement free and confidential place we create together.

Where the guises come off and the mindset revolution begins.

So, what does that have to do with anything?

Nothing and everything!

My situation doesn't diminish my ability or capacity to provide my clients exceptional results

What it has done for me is given me a very unique perspective of situations and problem solving.

And I love using this to help my clients to the fullest!

I AM AN ANIMAL LOVER!

Throughout my life I have had the blessing of rescuing my four-legged fur babies. 

Currently, I am living in NYC with my 80 pound pitbull , Apollo, who I lovingly refer to as Chicken.

There is something so amazing about the unconditional love they give you just by being there with you.

So the question is ...

If they know we are deserving of unconditional love ...

why don't we?
